 King's Creek Plantation is a gated community vacation resort featuring Cottage Villas, Town Homes and our newest units called the Estate Homes. Located next door to Water Country USA and only 4 miles away from Busch Gardens or downtown Historic Williamsburg. This 147 acre resort has been thoughtfully landscaped over the rolling hills of the property, blending well with the natural beauty of the Virginia woodlands. Resort amenities include two large outdoor pools and one indoor pool, each with their own pool-side Jauuzzi tubs, play ground, tennis courts and basketball courts. The Aquatic Center building, located beside the Club House, also offers a fully equipped exercise room which contains stationary bikes, treadmills, an elliptical cycle and a variety of weight lifting machines. There is also a lounge area, sauna, spa and steam rooms as well. |

 Homes at the resort feature hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, and separate living and dining areas. Cottages are duplex-style, with two units per building. All one-bedroom cottages offer kitchenettes. The two-, three- and four-bedroom cottages feature stone fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens. The two-bedroom town homes feature garden tubs in the master bathrooms, wet bars, sunrooms and fully equipped kitchens. All units offer washer & dryers, cable television and DVD players. |
